What's in my 
Makeup Bag?

I am crazy about all things beauty and love collecting beauty products. I have two makeup bags and boxes filled with products. That's how much I adore it! Amongst all the product hoarding I have tried and tested products that I use on a daily bases. These are my go to, favourite and recommended beauty products.




1. First up I adore Stila products and I love my Stila Sheer Tinted Moisturiser. I am not a fan of heavy foundations so I love the convenience of having a SPF15 moisturiser and foundation in one. This one is light and gives me enough coverage without looking over done or cakey.

2. I use Stila Illuminating Baked Powder Trio to highlight my cheeks to give me a radiant glow. This is an amazing product. I love illuminating my cheek bones and sometimes only brush my cheeks with this if I want a more natural look.

3. I love using Rimmel Kohl Eye Pencils because of its soft tip and intense colour. I alternate between black and blue depending on my look for the day. I use black for a classic look and blue for a more playful or dramatic one.

4. Rimmel Glam Eye Shadows come in an array of shades to choose from. It has diagrams on the back to show how to apply the eyeshadow. During the day I lightly dust the eye shadows on my lids for a romantic soft look. At night I go more dramatic and use the darker shades to create smokey sultry eyes.

5. For the cheeks I use my Clarins Blush Prodige. I am a huge fan of Clarins skin care products and have recently started playing around with their makeup range. So far I  have loved what I have been using. This blush is a lovely rosy pink.

6. I absolutely love the Clarins Instant Definition Mascara. The brush is fantastic for creating long and luscious lashes.

7. Stila Color Balm Lipstick has peppermint oil to soothe and moisturise your lips. The colours of this Stila range are quite pigmented and a little goes along way which I love.

8. Lastly, it is a great idea to invest in good makeup brushes. They do the world of difference in applying your makeup. Don't fret though Essence has a great range of brushes at affordable prices.

    Lovely mix of products. The eye shadow and blush look great. I have got to take the plunge with buying some Stila products, it seems to be an amazing brand.
